Typical Implementation Process

A Professional Services led Implementation Process will ensure that your organisation can get up to speed on using Q-Pulse straight away and make the most of your investment in Gael and Q-Pulse.

This will typically follow a path similar to the one detailed below:

Migration – this will cover both test and live migration of your databases and the remote and onsite installation of Q-Pulse.

Strategic Review - this will ensure Gael fully understand your business needs, your current and desired processes, your objectives, key performance indicators, barriers to success and implications of failure and your training requirements.

Configuration Process – this covers the specifics of how you require your Q-Pulse to be set up and will include such things as who will be key administrators, who will receive certain permissions and what you want Q-Pulse to do.

Training of your core team – this is flexible and can be adapted to suit your needs.

Crucially, Academy will now close the loop and assist the core team with their roll-out of Q-Pulse to help increase the use of the compliance management system throughout the organisation and to relieve some of the pressure on the core implementation team.
