Q-Pulse v5.9 and iPad courses now available in Gael Academy

With the recent release of Q-Pulse v5.9 and our new Q-Pulse Audit for iPad app, we are pleased to announce the release of a couple of new courses for our dedicated e-learning resource, Gael Academy.

As always, we strive to ensure that our Academy courses will continually reflect product changes and help guide our users to using the software more effectively and efficiently – so make sure you have a look at the new courses to see the latest updates.

  • In the Q-Pulse v5.9 course, we explain how you can use Occurrence Routing to inform specific individuals and groups about Occurrences. We also explain how you can assign ownerships of Incidents, Stages, Actions and Risk Assessments to individuals, based on the new location field found in every Occurrence Form.   • In the Audit for iPad course, we describe how to use all the features and get the most out of the app, including answering checklist questions and raising observations and non-conformances. Have a look at this page for more details.
  • In addition to the above, we have also fully revised our Q-Pulse Docs for iPad course in line with the latest updates to the app – see this article for more information about the recent improvements.

As with all Academy topics, the new courses will include a short quiz to test your understanding of the subject and will only last around ten minutes, meaning you can use it as a refresher course as and when you need it. To view the new courses, log into the Academy. In your My Academy page, all the latest courses will be displayed in the Newest Courses section.
