Accessibility Statement

The Gael Academy site has been built using XHTML 1.0 Strict for the page structure and Cascading Stylesheets(CSS) for the presentation. No tables or frames have been used to determine page layout therefore making it more suited to assistive technologies.

The site has been tested and optimised across the most-used browsers, as provided by IE (6+), FireFox, Opera and Safari. However, all browsers should be able to access the textual information provided by the site.

Additional Technologies

The site does make use of multimedia technologies to display courses and the examinations related to the courses. To display these interactive utilities you must have JavaScript enabled, along with the latest version of Flash. If this is hindering you in any way, please feel free to contact us regarding the use of additional technologies.

Accessibility Standards

All pages have been built to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 as set out by the W3C, and based on their guidelines Gael should meet at least single-A compliancy and, where possible, double.
