Professional Services can help your organisation quickly get up to speed on using Q-Pulse, helping you make the most of your investment.

The Implementation Process follows seven stages:

Analyse          

Establishing your technical, functional and reporting requirements. Finding out exactly what you want Q-Pulse to do for you.

Install

Installing Q-Pulse onto your server.

Configure

Importing user groups and user details from Active Directory. Configuring key areas of the software to match your organisation's requirements.

Customise

Tailoring Q-Pulse to reflect your organisation's terminology. Defining document approval workflows and creating templates to handle problems and opportunities.

Deploy

Deploying the software and communicating its functions and benefits to end users.

Train

Training IT on system administration, maintenance and ongoing support. Training end users on how to use Q-Pulse to carry out their roles.

Reinforce

Once the Implementation Process is complete, Gael Academy allows users to        reinforce the knowledge gained during training or apply knowledge to users not present during training.
