After the initial buzz of implementing a new system, it can be easy to lose momentum. When reality kicks in and other day to day tasks become ever more pressing, it can be difficult to pass on the knowledge in your head to colleagues throughout your organisation.
There may be a lack of in-house training resource which means you can’t always spend the necessary time required to pass on the relevant information to colleagues. Or, it may be that it’s proving impossible to co-ordinate internal training plans due to holidays, absence or shortage of available rooms. The Academy looks to bridge this gap and to enable greater use of Q-Pulse throughout organisations by helping to train employees in how to operate the system.
In particular, the Academy offers a great solution for Gael’s wide global customer base and results in lower costs to international clients and the ability to access training when appropriate to them. In fact, the Scottish Software Awards recognised Gael for their efforts in utilising new technology to assist international customers and awarded them Best International Software Company at the 2007 awards ceremony.
