We are constantly reviewing and updating our course content to ensure that it is relevant and valuable to our members.
With this in mind, we are delighted announce the launch of 8 new courses and 2 updated courses.
In summary, we have made the following additions and improvements:

Three courses covering the new functionality available in the latest release of Q-Pulse v5.7

Two courses demonstrating the Occurrences Web Module, and the Advanced Workload and Reassign Ownershipfunctionality

Two updated courses to show new procedures for Q-Pulse v5.7. The previous versions of these courses will still be available for users with a previous version of Q-Pulse

Two courses related to risk management – Introduction to Risk and How do I Quantify Risk

The first of a series of courses around problem-solving techniques – A Guide to performing SWOT Analysis (available mid-July)
Existing users can take the new courses immediately or add them to their training plan by logging into Academy and viewing the course list.
Furthermore, we have added a couple of introductory videos and a new help file to help members get to grips with the Academy:

Two Virtual Academy Tour videos, aimed at members and administrators respectively. These can be found on the My Academy page.

We have replaced our FAQ with a more robust, searchable help file. This can be accessed from the main menu.
