The Implementation Process follows 7 stages:


Analyse - Establishing your technical, functional and reporting requirements. Finding out exactly what you want Q-Pulse to do for you.


Install- Installing Q-Pulse onto your server.


Configure - Importing user groups and user details from Active Directory. Configuring key areas of the software to match your organisation's requirements.


Customise - Tailoring Q-Pulse to reflect your organisation's terminology. Defining document approval workflows and creating templates to handle problems and opportunities.


Deploy - Deploying the software and communicating its functions and benefits to end users.


Train - Training IT on system administration, maintenance and ongoing support. Training end users on how to use Q-Pulse to carry out their roles.


Reinforce - Once the Implementation Process is complete, Gael Academy allows users to reinforce the knowledge gained during training or apply knowledge to users not present during training.
