What is Gael Academy?

Gael Academy is an always-on learning suite that has been developed for users of
Q-Pulse.

It has been built to satisfy our customers' demand for a flexible training solution that will solve common issues experienced when introducing users to Q-Pulse including:

Managing Q-Pulse training

With a robust administrative package, managers can set up individual and group training plans to suit the needs of the organisation. Usage and course progression of each user can be tracked, making the management of Q-Pulse training easier.

Finding the time

As many training managers will agree, trying to co-ordinate the diaries of multiple users to arrange training sessions can be a huge challenge. As Academy content is delivered via the web, users can study in their own time. Each course lasts up to 10 minutes making studying manageable during a lunch break, or even at home.

Driving Adoption

Encouraging staff to use a new system has its challenges. However, the user friendly interface adopted by Academy training courses means that the students can quickly and easily come to grips with key Q-Pulse tasks.

Keeping everyone happy

Every individual absorbs information in different ways and Academy caters for each learning style by allowing users to control the courses. Training videos can be paused, re-wound or completely re-taken any amount of times. Furthermore, with the Academy Library, there is a wealth of reading material that can be downloaded and accessed.
